Meet the
Founder
​Martin Bedecarratz
Martin, originally from Santiago, Chile, began his journey in the United States at the age of 18 on a tennis scholarship. He graduated from College in 2016 with a degree in Business Management and soon after launched his career at a New York-based financial services platform for real estate investors. He specialized in underwriting residential business-purpose loans and quickly developed expertise in the private lending business. His efforts were instrumental in scaling the company’s monthly originations from $20 million to over $100 million, eventually earning him the role of Director of Sales and Originations.
In July 2020, Martin relocated to Miami and joined a local private lender as Chief Credit Officer. There, after setting up operations to go nationwide, he led the company’s growth to over $1.5 Billion in originations.
By 2025, driven by his vision for a more agile, investor-focused approach to real estate finance, Martin founded Hybrid Capital Group. His mission is simple: deliver fast, flexible, and creative capital solutions that real estate investors can truly count on.
